With the development of intelligent technology, more and more heavy trucks are equipped with electronically controlled shock absorption systems (such as ECU control valves), which can adjust the damping hardness in real time according to vehicle speed, load, and road conditions. This active or semi-active control system can significantly improve driving comfort and safety.
For example, when loading heavy objects, it automatically switches to hard damping mode to support a larger load; when unloaded or on good roads, it switches to soft mode to improve ride comfort. Some systems can also be linked with safety systems such as ABS and ESP to improve the dynamic control capabilities of the entire vehicle, especially in emergency braking or turning to effectively prevent roll and loss of control risks.

Even with excellent structure and materials, the performance of shock absorbers still depends on scientific daily maintenance. Regularly checking whether the oil seal is leaking, whether the connecting parts are loose, and whether the shock absorber tube is deformed or scratched is the key to ensure its long-term stable operation.
In addition, it is recommended to shorten the maintenance cycle appropriately according to the actual use environment, especially in high-load operating environments such as mining areas and construction sites, and cleaning and lubrication should be strengthened to ensure that the shock absorption system is always in the best working condition.
